util.prosodyctl.check: Update conditions for s2s cert checks The 'anonymous_login' setting is deprecated and prosodyctl check config will tell you to change it to 'authentication = "internal_hashed"', so we shouldn't need to care about here anymore.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
