util.format: Restore "freeze" serialization behavior in logging This was implied with the "debug" preset and does nice things like turn util.set objects into "set{a,b,c}" instead of the quite verbose thing you get otherwise.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
