mod_csi_simple: Add comment highlighting that XEP-0353 is experimental To make it easier to find implemented Experimental XEPs later. Also at the time of this commit it has been Proposed as mentinoed in the comment but hopefully that will be resolved soon.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy 
to use and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a 
flexible system on which to rapidly develop added functionality or 
rapidly prototype new protocols.
