net.server_epoll: Ensure calls to :write() return something
With opportunistic writes enabled, writes can return what :onwritable()
returns, thus :onwritable() should return something sensible at each
spot.
Should prevent whatever caused
> Error writing to connection: (nil)
Tho this was probably harmless
