mod_http: Handle bracketed IP address format from RFC 7239 There are hints that this format might be used in X-Forwarded-For as well, so best handle it everywhere. Strips both brackets and optional port number.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
