mod_tokenauth: New API that better fits how modules are using token auth This also updates the module to the new role API, and improves support for scope/role selection (currently treated as the same thing, which they almost are).

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
