doc/doap: Claim support for XEP-0368 by way of legacy_ssl_ports > Server support of XEP-0368 means having the ability to accept direct TLS connections. This is what legacy_ssl_ports does. First trace of it seems to be 8458be0941e7

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy 
to use and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a 
flexible system on which to rapidly develop added functionality or 
rapidly prototype new protocols.
