prosody.cfg.lua.dist: Remove network_backend option The only sensible option for most people these days is "epoll". The option is still supported, but it should only be needed by packagers for specific platforms (e.g. BSD may choose libevent for kqueue) or other special cases.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
