mod_storage_sql: Add UPSERT support Currently limited to SQLite3 for lack of testing on other databases. Adds a migration to replace the non-UNIQUE prosody_index, renaming it prosody_unique_index since ALTER INDEX does not seem to be portable.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy to use
and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a flexible system on
which to rapidly develop added functionality or rapidly prototype new
protocols.
