core.certmanager: Catch error from lfs lfs.dir() throws a hard error if there's a problem, e.g. no such directory or permission issues. This also gets called early enough that the main loop error protection hasn't been brought up yet, causing a proper crash.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy 
to use and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a 
flexible system on which to rapidly develop added functionality or 
rapidly prototype new protocols.
