net.resolvers.basic: Fix continuing if IPv6 or Legacy IP is disabled The code expects ready() to be called twice, but with IPv4 or v6 disabled it would only be called once.

# Prosody IM Server

## Description

Prosody is a server for Jabber/XMPP written in Lua. It aims to be easy 
to use and light on resources. For developers, it aims to give a 
flexible system on which to rapidly develop added functionality or 
rapidly prototype new protocols.
