mod_http_oauth2: Use numeric for loop instead of ipairs Pedantic attempted optimization, reducing function calls. I didn't even measure, only vaguely recall that this is faster in PUC Lua.

Introduction

Sometimes for various reasons a client might want to know its IP address
as it appears to the server. This [simple
XEP](http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0279.html) allows the client to ask
the server for the IP address it is connected from.
