mod_client_management: Include the client id in table in shell command
Since this is the identifier used when revoking clients it is useful to
show it.

This module discards typing notifications sent to a bare host JID, preventing error replies to be sent. These errors are harmless but can be annoying sometimes if your client shows them prominently.
