mod_muc_batched_probe: don't rely on mt_room:respond_to_probe method That method assumes it's responding to a `<presence>` stanza, which breaks for the bached probe use-case.

This module publishes data from [Prosody's `internal` statistics][doc:statistics]
 into a PubSub node in [XEP-0039] format.

The node defaults to `stats` but can be changed with the option
`pubsub_stats_node`.
