mod_pubsub_feeds: Disable WebSub (formerly PubSubHubbub) by default I have seen no recent evidence of this being used or supported by anything anywhere anymore.

Introduction
============

Sometimes for various reasons a client might want to know its IP address
as it appears to the server. This [simple
XEP](http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0279.html) allows the client to ask
the server for the IP address it is connected from.
