mod_prometheus: Revert part of previous commit
Accidentally added one too many of these asserts when adding to every
module that used get_stats.
This one does work with openmetrics already!

3 This module sends a [version query][xep0092] to clients when they

4 connect, and logs the response, allowing statistics of client usage to
